Just came from Norwoods got exhaust work done and I am very pleased wanted to put performance muffler on but didn’t fit but car still sounds good to my liking staff was great lady in front was very nice and cool and humorous 👍🏾

I’m sharing my experience with this place of business because I tried to have them replace the parts on my car that they never did in September of 2023 I dropped my truck off at this place of business in hopes that my truck would have new front rotors and brakes I called the Thursday before had letting a mechanic know that I was going to drop my truck off for service due to me going out of town and that I would be back Tuesday to pay and pick up the mechanic said yes that was fine so the morning of Friday I did as such and dropped off my truck and proceeded to leave for vacation I came back Tuesday to pick up my truck and upon entering this place of business I was met with a women with a complete attitude when I asked had my truck been worked on she stated and I quote “ you left your truck and never said anything to anybody why do you think we would have worked on it” I let the rep know that I spoke with a man which so happen to be the mechanic that was to work on my truck he actually came in and said I spoke with him and that he thought I was going to pick my truck up on Wednesday he then told me he could have it done in 2 hours I then had to leave and wonder around shaker for 2 hours just to pay 300+ for this and it never got done just recently I moved and a lot of paperwork was lost my breaks and rotors warranty due to this my truck never stopped squeaking while I drove called place to see if they had a copy of the warranty the same lady again told me if I couldn’t locate it they won’t replace it I became upset once again I gave you 300+ for work and now you can’t replace it after that I started looking for new auto shops just to have another look at them and to just now be told that they weren’t replaced only my brake pads but because of the other components not being done they are at 50% life smh I really wish we could post photos to google
